During the first 6 months, you’ll study at Brightwood Institute of Hotel Management (B.I.H.M), where our accomplished lecturers with rich knowledge and industrial experience will guide you through the core subjects. These include various cuisines such as Indian, Italian, Chinese, and continental, as well as bakery techniques covering cakes, pastries, tarts, and pies. Additionally, you’ll have English and French language classes, and gain insights into the tourism industry.
