Welcome to Brightwood’s Diploma in Food & Beverage Service and Bartending! During the first 6 months, you will study at Brightwood Institute of Hotel Management (B.I.H.M), where our accomplished lecturers, equipped with rich knowledge and industrial experience, will guide you through core subjects such as F&B service, including basic and French service, as well as restaurant management. Additionally, you will receive training in bartending, covering various areas such as wine, whiskey, vodka, beer, rum, mixology, and work flaring. Alongside these specialized subjects, you will also learn English, French, and gain insights into the tourism industry.
