Qualification : B.Sc. (Hospitality & Hotel Administration)

Experience/Achievements : Shri Yuvraj Singh is having more than seven years of industrial experience which includes about six month at Oberoi Hotels, Udaipur. He have one and half year experience at Hrh Group of hotel Ranakpur. He also worked at Leela Group of Hotel, Udaipur for one year. His vast industrial experience also includes one and half year experience at Nifa pvt ltd alongwith two years at Landmark group of hotel Udaipur.

Mr. Jaydeep Singh

Lecturer (Bartending)

Holds Diploma in Hotel Management. In the industry of hotels, he had been serving his experience with handled bar, beverage, menu engineering, operations and revised SOPs. He overall holds 10 years of diversified experience in hotel industry and Academics.

Also participated in events and workshops like Wine and Beverage services with Bacardi, Chateau Indage, Comite champagne and Brindco.

  • Had qualified with experience of 3 years in Taj Lake Place Udaipur
  • Worked as Bar Manager in Lebua group of hotels and Raas Devigarh as well.
  • Including 2 years of experience in Carlson Rezidor Redisson hotel.
